5ml Salted Caramel Syrup (or simple syrup if you prefer it classic)
2 dashes Chocolate Bitters (or regular Angostura for a spicier kick)
Large ice cube
Orange peel (for garnish)

170g Cherry jam
0.5 tbsp Bakewell Tart Rum
Sweet shortcrust dough (or use storebought)
250g Plain flour
35g Almond flour
100g Icing sugar
130g Butter, cold & cut into 2cm cubes
½tsp Salt
¼tsp Vinegar
1 Egg, lightly beaten
Almond frangipane
120g Butter, softened
120g Caster sugar
1.5 Large eggs
120g Ground almonds
20g Plain flour
0.25tsp Almond extract
Pinch of nutmeg
