Scapa 21 Year Old
The pinnacle of Scapa’s range. With over two decades of patient island maturation, Scapa 21 is decadent and layered, carrying tropical fruit, rich sweetness, and refined spice. An indulgent expression that rewards slow appreciation.
Tasting Notes
Nose:
Apricot jam, fresh raspberries, ripe banana with whipped cream, aromatic oak, and nutmeg.
Palate:
Fresh peaches and mangoes wrapped in vanilla cream and condensed milk, shortbread spiced with cardamom and cinnamon.
Finish:
Long, sweet, and syrupy.
Scapa 16 Year Old
Scapa 16 Year Old balances fruit and richness with a luxurious, island-grown depth. Distilled in the rare Lomond still, matured in American oak, and guided by a long fermentation, this whisky embodies Scapa’s character.
Tasting Notes
Nose:
Juicy mango, aromatic leather, vanilla cream, and hints of clementine peel.
Palate:
Silky and creamy, with spiced apple pie, vanilla fudge, smooth oak, and baked pineapple with mulled spices..
Finish:
Complex, fruity, and gently spiced.
Scapa 10 Year Old
Crafted to welcome new whisky explorers while still rewarding experienced palates, Scapa 10 is light, fruity, and approachable. Distilled in the Lomond still, matured in American oak, and shaped by Orkney’s climate, it balances orchard fruit, tropical brightness, and a touch of sweet oak.
Tasting Notes
Nose:
Fresh pineapple slices, mango ice cream, crème brûlée, honey pancakes, cinnamon buns, and citrus peel.
Palate:
Stewed apple with warming spices, vanilla custard, banana, charred oak, and milk chocolate.
Finish:
Fruity and spiced.
