This Grand Brut from Perrier-Jouët was created using grape varieties Chardonnay (20%), Pinot Meunier (40%), Pinot Noir (40%) sourced from its 65 hectares of vineyards.
Over two centuries of craft and tradition informed the process of producing this Grand Brut cuvée, which was aged in the Perrier-Jouët cellars for at least three years and bottled at 12% ABV.
Subtle notes of vanilla and butter coat white grapes and a light floral note.
