Outwalker Whiskey

Rugby union player Darren Cave and Sean Muldoon, the proprietor of Dead Rabbit bar in New York City, with top bartender Jillian Vose to produce a new Irish whiskey brand, Outwalker. The first release is a blend containing pot still whiskey matured in oloroso sherry casks, single malt aged in white Burgundy casks, grain whiskey aged in virgin American oak, and grain whiskey aged in rye casks.
