From Milk & Honey distillery in Tel Aviv comes an oak aged expression of the Levantine Gin, made with local market botanicals. The liquid is rested in red wine barrels for a few months at the distillery, imparting oak and vanilla notes to the gin for a distinctive tipple.
Woody notes, with juniper coming through and vanilla, lemon citrus and oak spice in support, with herbaceous notes on the finish.
