Pickering's Gin is an award-winning brand from Edinburgh, Scotland. It was launched in 2013 by Marcus Pickering and Matthew Gammell. The distillery is in Summerhall, at the heart of Scotland's capital. This brand stands out for blending heritage with innovation.

Heritage

Pickering's Gin uses a Bombay recipe from July 17, 1947. This recipe was a secret for over 66 years. It was then revived at the Summerhall Distillery. The recipe includes nine botanicals: juniper, coriander, cardamom, angelica, fennel, anise, lemon, lime, and cloves. These are measured by hand for consistency.

The distillery, Summerhall, has its own history. It was part of the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies. Now, it's a creative hub in Edinburgh and home to Pickering's.

Innovation

Distillation Process
