Rhubarb Gin (That Boutique-y Gin Company)
If you like rhubarb, and you like gin, you might think the idea of combining the two is a solid one. It makes sense. Two great tastes that taste great together. Well, if you are indeed in that boat, then you're in luck, because That Boutique-y Gin Company clearly agrees with you, and in turn made an intensely rhubarby gin, dubbed... Well, Rhubarb Gin! Stupendous in a Spritz, and excellent in a G&T.

Nose
Bright, fruity, almost jammy rhubarb, with enough peppery juniper to stop is from becoming sickly sweet.
Palate
Still packs plenty of authentic rhubarb notes, with a touch of spicy pepper and anise, while piney juniper remains constant.
Finish
Lingering tanginess of rhubarb once more.
