This expression from the Ukiyo Gin range highlights the deliciousness of yuzu, a fab citrus fruit that is used frequently in Japanese cuisine. The base spirit is made from distilled shochu, and redistilled with juniper, mandarin and more, before being infused with the aforementioned yuzu. Zesty and aromatic, we expect this to be great for all manner of refreshing summer drinks.
