Glenmorangie Signe is made using a portion of roasted chocolate malt barley, alongside some of Glenmorangie's oldest whisky stocks. This gives it a signature depth and richness with layers of espresso, dark chocolate, treacle toffee, baking spices, and dried fruit, all wrapped up in a velvety, luxurious texture. Signet Reserve celebrates the enduring legacy of the original Signet by taking everything people love about the original and elevating it further. Starting with the award-winning Signet, crafted using rare roasted chocolate malt barley and some of Glenmorangie's oldest whisky stocks, the distillery then matures the whisky for a further year in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This brings wave after wave of chocolate truffle, espresso, toffee, dried fruit, and rich dessert-like sweetness, while retaining the coffee-house character that made Signet a modern classic.
