A rather sweet gin liqueur here from the Aztec Gin folks, flavoured like birthday cake! The base of this expression is Cygnet Gin, and the Aztec Gin folks have added to it flavours that make this liqueur taste like sponge cake, raspberry jam, cream and icing.
It is quite sweet, with lots of vanilla and icing sugar, alongside some raspberry boiled sweeties too.
