A wonderful aperitivo from Italian producer, Bepi Tosolini (you may be more familiar with its excellent selections of grappas). Built upon a grape distillate (like we said, Bepi Tosolini usually makes grappa, so that makes sense) and flavoured with a selection of herbs and roots, this expression is bold and zesty, with an enjoyable bittersweet edge to it. Enjoy in a Spritz with sparkling wine and soda water.
