From the Vago brand comes this joven mezcal, made with 100% Espadín agave by mezcalero Joel Barriga at Hacienda Tapanala. This artisanal mezcal is made by crushing the agave with a traditional stone tahona wheel pulled by a mule before it is cooked and distilled in 580-litre batches.
