DREAMSAKE Daiginjo No.1
This dreamy sake is produced in Hyogo, Japan using all natural ingredients (premium rice, koji, and water). With less acidic character and more umami depth than wine, its smooth texture and delicate notes of melon, honey, and citrus make it an ideal accompaniment to food – enjoy it chilled in a wine glass, or use in place of spirits for low ABV cocktails.
