London sake from Kanpai! Sora is a traditional off-dry sake made with akebono rice, polished 70% and fermented with Japanese sake yeast. It's given a lift with a small addition of distilled spirit, made from the brand's own refermented and distilled sake, brightening its crisp, light-bodied profile and making it an ideal pairing for the likes of scallops or steak. Enjoy served at 10°C, or warmed to 50°C.
