Harveys 30 Year Old Medium V.O.R.S - Palo Cortado Blend
Harveys V.O.R.S. (meaning ‘Vinum Optimum Rare Signatum’, but often expressed in English as ‘Very Old Rare Sherries’) are a series of sherries that are certified to be more than 30 years of age by the Consejo Regulador de la Denominacion de Origin. This 30-year-old Palo Cortado was made using 98% Palomino and just a 2% dash of Pedro Ximénez, drawn from a solera founded in 1906.
