Ocho Single Estate - La Ladera Blanco - 2021 Harvest
Another exquisite addition to the mighty Ocho Tequila range, this expression uses agave harvested from the La Ladera rancho in 2021. The rocky slope and mineral-rich soils of the area result in plants with a lower-than-average weight, but higher-than-average sugar content, helping to achieve a bright and fresh profile with plenty of light fruit and zest.

Charred pineapple, a touch of liquorice with gentle wafts of vanilla, pithy orange leads to earthy minerality, softly smoky, with warming pepper prickling on the finish.
