At 7,200 feet above sea level, La Estacada claims to be one of the world's highest distilleries, and here we have its Tierra Noble añejo Tequila. Produced from 100% agave, the Tequila spent two to three years resting in a selection of American and French white oak bringing a soft texture alongside elegant vanilla and spice to the vibrant nutty agave beneath.
