Akashi Red is a Japanese blended whisky. Distilled at Eigashima (White Oak) distillery and matured in bourbon casks, with a sherry cask finish. An approachable whisky, with notes of stone fruits and zingy spices, this will also make a fantastic Highball.
Sweet cereal notes, along with some candied citrus, peaches, and woody spices.
Brown sugar, with ginger biscuits, milk chocolate, and dried apricot.
Oaky vanilla and lingering pepper.
