This fabulous Speyside single malt was distilled at Benriach in May 2000 and matured in refill sherry butts, before an eight month finishing period in a fresh sherry butt. In April 2021, after 20 years of maturation, it was bottled up by Signatory for its Cask Strength Collection independent bottling range with an outturn of 692 bottles released.
