A single-cask Blair Athol finished in a Pedro Ximénez cask, and bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd after 15 years. Just 253 bottles were released, presented at 53% ABV.
PX intensity of raisins, figs and toasted nuts, with raspberry brightness and herbal hints.
Chewy and syrupy, with worn leather, dark fruits and chocolate-covered raisins.
Earthy and sweet, with lingering spice and rich dried fruit.
