A limited edition single malt from the young Lowland distillery Bonnington. This expression was matured in a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask, bringing heaps of red fruit and berry notes to the table.
Cherries and berries lead the way, with vibrant oak and a touch of candied orange.
Those berries carry through, alongside notes of fruit salad, while a touch of vegetal malt rests in the depths.
Rich oak lingers alongside the jammy fruits and soft, woody spices.
