The Dalmore 30 Year Old is an exquisite Highland single malt matured initially in American white oak bourbon barrels before being finished in a combination of select Colheita and Tawny Port casks from long-term distillery collaborator Graham’s Port.
Tasting Note by The Producer
Nose
Aromas of Manuka honey, rich dark berry fruits, marzipan and cinnamon.
Palate
Notes of Victoria plums, dark cacao, Maraschino cherries on the palate, alongside hints of coffee bean.
Finish
The spectacular finish reveals notes of blood orange, moist ginger cake, liquorice and sugared almonds.
