This single malt from The Dalmore began its maturation in American oak bourbon casks, before finishing in bespoke sherry casks. The sherry casks were treated with a unique blend, created specially for The Dalmore, combining aged oloroso and rich, sweet Pedro Ximénez, created to enhance the distillery's house style of chocolate, orange, and spice.
Caramelised orange, ginger, and sultanas, laced with honey.
Dark chocolate and crushed almonds, with a dusting of cinnamon.
Sweet mangoes, panna cotta, and lemon sponge cake.
