This secret Speysider joins the Elevenses collection from indie bottler Keeble Cask Company. 13 years maturing in a first-fill bourbon hogshead has allowed it to develop into a richly characterful single malt, brimming with syrupy sponge, boiled sweeties, and citrus. A release of 214 bottles.
Buttery pastries, honeyed nuts, maple syrup, and toffee, with vanilla custard and a touch of cut grass in tow.
Sweet apples join vanilla fudge, salted caramel, lemon, and lime, with buttered toast, and subtle peppery warmth.
Sticky toffee pudding, hard candies, more citrus zest, and herbal tea.
