Glen Elgin 15 Year Old 2007 (cask 807411) - Infrequent Flyers (Alistair Walker)
Single cask Glen Elgin here, distilled in 2007 and treated to some honeyed, soft fruit flavours thanks to maturing for 15 years in a Sauternes sweet wine hogshead. The Speyside single malt Scotch whisky was bottled in 2023 by Alistair Walker for its Infrequent Flyers series, with an outturn of 262 non-chill filtered, and naturally coloured bottles.

Nose
Nutty grain and praline, with heather honey, and dried apricots.
Palate
Baked apples, more apricots, with light caramel, and peppery spice.
Finish
Peppery spices, and oaky vanilla.
