Glen Moray 21 Year Old Portwood Finish - Elgin Heritage
Part of Glen Moray's core range comes this tasty 21 Year Old Portwood expression. The single malt spent much of its maturation in bourbon casks, before it was transferred to Port casks for a finishing period. The fruity Speysider was bottled at 46.3% ABV without chill-filtration.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Blueberry muffins, candied ginger, caramel digestives and vanilla shortbread.
Palate
Liquorice and dark chocolate, with jammy forest fruit and a mixture of chilli and ginger heat.
Finish
Chocolate covered raisins and a drizzle of toffee.
