This single malt from Glen Moray is finished in new charred American oak casks. Rising from the ashes of those charred casks, much like a phoenix, is a whisky that's brimming with toasty notes of coconut, vanilla, and caramel, balanced by elegant notes of peppery, woody spice.
Toasted coconut and vanilla open the way, with chocolatey malt, runny caramel, rich oak char, and a touch of pepper.
Layers of oaken vanilla, toffee, gingerbread, toasted nuts, biscuity malt, and woody spice.
Peppercorns and cinnamon bring gentle warmth, mellowed by toasty notes of buttery oak and roasted almonds.
