An excellent expression from the GlenAllachie Distillery, drawn from a single cask – a tawny Port hogshead, to be specific (#5368, to be even more specific). Lots of red fruit deliciousness to tuck into here. 294 bottles were produced.
Fresh strawberries and clotted cream, with a smidge of malty spice sneaking in.
Honeyed barley, buttery biscuits, rose petal jam, ginger, and mince pie filling.
Brown sugar, maple syrup, and raspberry.
