A special limited edition bottle of Highland Park 25 Year Old, crafted from less than 20 casks including sherry seasoned European oak casks, combined with first-fill Bourbon casks and refill casks, all hand-selected by master whisky maker Gordon Motion.

Nose
Warm vanilla, heather honey and citrus peels, then sweet barley, dried herbs and papaya.
Palate
Soft dried fruits, buttery fudge and gingerbread with a very light touch of BBQ char in support.
Finish
Heathery peat smoke and a touch of sea spray.
