Orkney 13 Year Old 2007 (cask 18195) - Old Malt Cask (Hunter Laing)
13 year old single malt from Orkney, independently bottled by Hunter Laing for the Old Malt Cask range. "Which Orkney distillery made it?", we hear you ask. Well... We don't know. Hunter Laing is being secretive about this one. What we do know is that it was distilled in March 2007, aged in a refill hogshead, and bottled in December 2020 with an outturn of 257 bottles.

Nose
Soft heather honey fragrance, with wafts of earthy smoke backing it up.
Palate
Still earthy and vegetal, with citrus freshness cutting through the savoury notes.
Finish
Lemon zest, thyme, a smidge of charred oak.
