A well-aged expression from the Jura Distillery over on... Well, Jura. This release from the Rare Vintage series was distilled in 1990 and initially aged in ex-bourbon casks, though before being bottled in 2020, it was treated to a finishing period in Amoroso sherry casks, imparting a hearty helping of rich red fruit sweetness and complexity to the fantastic single malt Scotch whisky.
