Japan's Kanosuke distillery launched in 2017, and it's rather rare to come across its whiskies on our shores here in the UK! This unpeated single malt was distilled in 2018 and matured predominantly in a host of re-charred bourbon barrels before bottling at cask strength in 2021. This bottle will make a superb addition to a Japanese whisky collection.
