Nose
Cinnamon scrolls and hot cross buns, with a drizzle of maple syrup, and dried cherry.
Palate
Pineapple upside down cake, marmalade, and more cinnamon, with a touch of cocoa.
Finish
Apricot jam, and chocolate-coated nuts.
