Distilled to "Embody the spirit of a moonlit Mull", Ledaig Hebridean Moon is a 10-year-old peated single malt matured entirely in bourbon casks and bottled at a bold cask strength of 58.8% ABV. As with all proper island drams, there’s no added colour and no chill-filtration. Just full-bodied, smoky brilliance straight from the cask.
Earthy peat smoke rolls in with soft vanilla, double cream, and a whiff of worn leather.
Bold and oily, with candied fruit, cracked black pepper, tobacco smoke and toasted oak. A touch of cinnamon and brine keeps things lively.
Long and warming, where vanilla and spice flicker beneath a lingering blanket of coastal smoke.

I never thought i would find another whisky that i liked more than Ledaig 11 year old. This one done it. Wow,what a great whisky to have while sitting with friends beside a roaring fire. Amazing.
