19-year-old single grain Scotch whisky finished in a tiny, specially coopered 50 litre oloroso sherry cask for at least six months.
Toasted oak and almond sweet spice supported by thick stewed fruits, nougat, brandy butter, caramel and exotic spice.
Both rich and sweet once again with red grape, raisins, honeycomb and sticky caramel shining through.
Juicy prunes and a little milk chocolate.
