A lovely Longmorn bottled up by the ever-wonderful North Star Spirits. Distilled in 2005, it rested in an Oloroso sherry butt for 15 years, until it was bottled in 2020. A limited 596 bottles were released at a generous 63.1% ABV, packed full of chocolate and treacle.
A hint of burnt rubber alongside cocoa, molasses and mocha.
Vanilla fudge, burnt caramel and a smidge of engine oil.
Bitter cocoa returns along with treacle toffee.
