Signatory selected this single malt from Mannochmore for its Symington's Choice Cask Strength Collection. Distilled in 2008, the whisky spent 16 years maturing, including a finish in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, yielding 338 cask strength bottles, without added colour or chill filtration when it was opened in 2025.
