The Oban Distillery has gone and made another delicious Distillers Edition single malt Scotch whisky! This edition was distilled back in 2006 and left to mature until 2020, but not before enjoying a finishing period in Montilla Fino sherry casks. These casks help to impart a subtle salty tang to the whisky, as well as helping to bolster the notes of dried fruit and nutty barley. Outstanding as always, Oban!
