Gently peated English whisky, Gulliver’s 47, gets the sherry treatment here. The single cask whisky has been matured entirely in a PX sherry cask and bottled without chill filtration, bringing plenty of sun-soaked raisin and spice notes.
Treacle-y spice, with raisings, and candied citrus peel.
Dark fruit cake, dried figs, prunes, cocoa nibs, and some woody spices.
Sweet spice, and some liquorice.
