This right here is a superb Signatory Strathmill! It was aged in a pair of hogshead for 14 years, from 2007 to 2022, before being bottled up at 43% ABV, ready for sipping and savouring.
Butterscotch sweeties, maple syrup, and a hint of dry oak giving it some foresty vibes.
Still big on the brown sugar and vanilla notes, with a touch of fragrant barley working its way into the mix.
Just a touch of toasty baking spice appears on the finish, with apricot lingering.
