This single malt from Tamdhu joins the Old Malt Cask collection from indie bottler Hunter Laing. Distilled in 2009, the whisky spent 16 years maturing in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, yielding an outturn of 328 bottles when it was opened in 2025.
Black Forest Gateau and sweet cinnamon spice.
Chewy toffee, waxy citrus, and sherried red fruit.
Sweet spices, honey, and berries linger.
