A well-sherried single malt here from the Teaninich Distillery, aged in a single cask for 11 years, from 2010 to 2021. Following that, Adelphi came along and bottled the whisky up at cask strength – a robust 58.8% ABV. 539 bottles were produced.
Coffee, liquorice, strawberry, waxy orange peel.
Gingerbread with a thick layer of icing, toasty cinnamon, hints of anise.
Chocolate peanuts, a little bit grassy.
