A 12 year old Teaninich here, matured in a single cask and independently bottled by The Whisky Cellar. It was distilled back in November 2007 and left to age for a dozen years, and then eventually bottled in August 2020. 270 bottles were produced.
Cinnamon rolls and pecan plaits, with a hint of coffee bean in the background.
Cloudy lemonade, shortbread, oily barley and mixed nuts.
Runny caramel, fresh florals and salted butter.
