An absolute dessert of a whisky here, this indie Teaninich was distilled in June 2008, and rested in a single oak hogshead. After 12 years, the Highlander was bottled for the Auld Goonsy's range, with a release of 355 bottles at 50% ABV.
A dollop of thick vanilla custard, along with creamy porridge sprinkled with brown sugar.
Crème brûlée, vanilla ice cream, and lemon tart.
Orange drizzle cake, and treacle sauce.
