This wonderful single malt whisky was distilled at Teaninich back on 26th February 2008. Left to rest in a couple of hogshead casks for 13 years, it was then bottled by the fine folk at Signatory on 15th June 2021 as part of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Rich Tea biscuits, fruit scones, and dried straw.
Vanilla fudge, floral honey, and lemon zest combine with earthy malt and sawdust.
Oily barley, salted cashews, and banana bread.
