We've got some terrific Tormore single malt here, bottled as part of the Connoisseurs Choice range. This was distilled back in 1995 and set aside to mature until 2023, when Gordon & MacPhail decided it had taken enough cask influence from its single first-fill sherry butt and bottled it up at 59.1% ABV.
Cacao, blueberry jam, vanilla-y oak, and clove.
Rich in malt with honey-roasted peanuts, buttery sultanas, orange peel, and drying Christmas-y spices.
Caramel-dipped chocolate with a touch of jammy red berries.
