The 2009 vintage Blanc de Blancs from top British sparkling wine producers, Nyetimer. Using 100% estate-grown Chardonnay grapes, this sparkler would make for excellent summer sipping.
Fragrant citrus, a subtly drying kick of oak, flaky apricot pastries.
